Job Overview

Are you a Therapy Assistant looking to embark on a rewarding career, where you are supported in everything you do?

You will work 38.5 hours a week, term time only, alongside the SALT and OT leads & multidisciplinary team. A service, which offers a range of therapies for young people with social, emotional, and mental health illness.

Working alongside our residential Therapy teams, you will provide comprehensive therapy assessments to support service users to build a brighter future.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, especially those with SEN, and possess the skills to communicate effectively and educate individuals in need.

Skills- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues- Proficient in educating individuals on therapy techniques- Familiarity with toddler care practices- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of people
