Job Description :
- Provide third-line technical support, resolving complex IT issues for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize hospitality-focused software solutions, including Opera Cloud, SevenRooms, and Hot Source.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and software updates to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address escalated issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability and security.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend enhancements to existing systems.
Salary : 30000 - 60000
