Join us as a Third-Party Risk Management Operations Analyst

  • This role will see you contributing to the delivery of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) services across the bank
  • You’ll support the timely delivery of third-party risk assessment reviews to identify any discrepancies, gaps or issues in accordance with the External Outsourcing (EO) framework and you’ll deliver concise, informative risk assessment advice, accurately reflecting the scope of Risk Standard Owner guidelines
  • You’ll enjoy considerable stakeholder interaction, working with TPRM and business stakeholders to report review outcomes, risk levels, and associated recommendations where applicable

What you’ll do

We’ll look to you to support enhancements and improvements to our third-party risk assessment framework, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the best result for the customer. This will involve ensuring that any issues are identified and communicated to agreed timescales and appropriate reporting standards. You’ll also support the business in managing any gaps and issues that have been identified during the risk assessment reviews.

Furthermore, you’ll:

  • Manage meetings with key stakeholders within the bank
  • Liaise and seek advice from Risk Standard Owners to support risk assessment analysis
  • Help to manage and prioritise our workstack and allocated projects to ensure high quality work and on time delivery to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Complete all mandatory training as applicable
  • Operate within our people processes and policies including performance management, absence, and leave

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with knowledge of how a large financial services organisation operates in a first or second line risk role.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Astute attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence at all levels
