Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 -16:00; Friday 07:00-13:00Salary: £30,000-£35,000About the RoleI’m proud to be recruiting for an established business on the Norfolk / Suffolk border who are currently seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join their team. The role involves manufacturing new tooling and ancillary components, maintaining existing tools, and providing essential engineering support to production units.Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture new tooling using a range of machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal functionality.
• Support production teams with engineering expertise as needed.
• Follow health, safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements for the role

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Skills in milling, turning, CNC machining, and grinding.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain accountable.
• Problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of service.
