Tour Bus Driver - Bath - IntSol Recruitment : Job Details

IntSol Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Tour Bus Drivers for a well-established bus company based in Bath. We are seeking full-time drivers who can start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for a stable position with competitive pay rates and benefits. The role requires full flexibility, and relocation assistance is available for those who live over 15 miles from the depot.

Bus Driver Highlights:

• Immediate start
• Full-Time Work (5 days over 7)
• Holiday pay entitlement
• Relocation assistance of £120 per week for eligible drivers (15 miles away or more)

Bus Driver PAYE Pay Rates:

• Flat Rate: £15.08 per hour
• Bank Holiday Rate: £18.00 per hour

Bus Driver Umbrella Assignment Rates:

• Flat Rate: £19.55 per hour
• Bank Holiday Rate: £23.33 per hour

Tour Bus Driver Shift Pattern:

• Day Shifts: 09:00 to 20:30
• Rota-based work (5 days over 7)
• Training provided for the first two weeks

Bus Driver Job Requirements:

• Valid UK PCV driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
• Valid CPC qualification
• No more than 6 penalty points (NO DRs, CDs, or TT99s)
• Minimum of 1 year of bus driving experience in London
• Must have full flexibility on available work hours
• Must live within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate
• Good area knowledge and confidence driving within the advertised areas (preferred)
