An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner to join a dynamic and highly regarded property consultancy based in Exeter. The company is looking for a motivated and talented individual to support their planning team in delivering high-quality planning solutions for a range of clients.

Town Planner Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications- Provide planning advice on development projects- Conduct research and assessments related to local planning policy and regulations- Collaborate with senior planners and external stakeholders- Contribute to the management of projects from inception to completion

Key Requirements:

- Experience in professional Town Planning- RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related field- Strong understanding of planning law and local government processes- Excellent communication and report-writing skills- A proactive and collaborative approach to work- A passion for urban development and shaping the future of communities
