Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:

• Preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Conducting research and analysis to support project delivery.
• Engaging with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant planning policies and regulations.

Essential Criteria as a Town Planner:

The client is looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited)
• Ideally a member of the RTPI or working towards.
• A strong interest in urban development and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
