Join my client, a well-established and respected multi-disciplinary chartered practice in Cornwall, as a Town Planner / Senior Planner. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, providing significant opportunities for professional development and career progression.

• Contribute to a wide variety of planning projects, from high-end residential developments to renewable energy developments.
• Collaborate with in-house teams of planners, architects, and landscape architects to deliver a fully integrated approach to development.
• Guide projects seamlessly from concept to completion, ensuring all planning permissions are secured, even for challenging sites.
• Engage in client-facing activities, providing expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Planning degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a town planning role.
• Working towards, or willing to work towards, Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Critical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, flexible, proactive, and professional with a commercial mindset.
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
