Trade Counter Operator - Noble Recruiting : Job Details

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Trade Counter Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Wickford, Essex.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Benefits on offer:

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum

9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday's

Your responsibilities include:

• Given mentoring and support/training, duties will ultimately include:
• Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries daily.
• Serving customers in a busy trade counter environment - Face to face.
• Monitor & answer email enquiries received and carrying out administrative duties to assist the trade counter manager.
• Using cutting machine it cut smaller, fiddly products to a bespoke spec.
• Picking and Packing items for customers and taking payments / entering information onto inhouse system.

You will need:

• Confident and outgoing individual.
• Be able to organise and multitask.
• Good computer skills.
• Good, clear telephone manner.
• Good time management skills.
• GCSE English & Maths obtained.
• Driver with own transport is desirable .
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook confidently.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and new trade.
• Customer facing work experience is essential for the role.
• Willing to learn new, hands-on skills using cutting and programming machines with training.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK
