Job Description :
As part of the Tech Assist trade floor support, you will be part of a team who are the face of technology on the trade floor, responding to the support needs of traders and the wider trading business. We are the first point of contact with exposure to a wide variety of tech related issues as well as involvement in projects such as technology refreshes, upgrades and office technology moves and changes. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility This customer facing role will require you to utilise your prior experience in both desktop or trade floor support. You will also be providing face to face technology support to our traders and trading business as well as engagement via out various digital platforms. You will also be involved in projects like technology refreshes, upgrades and office technology moves and changes. As a first point of contact for all staff who require help or information regarding technology within Macquarie, you will have an immediate impact on the service to the business and be the face of technology.   • 3-5+ years experience in a help desk or desktop support role ideally on a trade floor or within a financial services institution.
  • Completion of courses in a PC/IT field is desirable
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
