The firm is seeking a skilled Trade Mark Attorney with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Exeter-based team. Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload, including trade mark applications, oppositions and renewals
• Advising clients on brand protection strategies and managing trade mark portfolios
• Conducting clearance searches and drafting trade mark specifications
• Working collaboratively with clients to develop brand management strategies
• Representing clients in trade mark disputes and overseeing enforcement actions

Requirements

• 2-5 years post-qualification experience as a Trade Mark Attorney
• Proven expertise in trade mark law, with a strong understanding of brand protection strategies
