Trade Marketing Lead - Reed : Job Details

A bit about the role:

** Build the strategy to support each brand with all NPD launches, ensuring product is available, the process is working and reviews are ready for launch

** Working closely with the brand leads and account managers, building a Q4 support plan giving agreed SKU’s a boost ahead of peak trading

** Work closely with the US on the contract agreement and additions

** Work closely with the US to create a global sampling contract that allows a shared allocation

** Manage all point of sale projects with the support of the Trade Marketing Assistant. This includes understanding customer requirements, briefing the creative team, sourcing costs from suppliers and presenting a project timeline and costs make to the business

** Manage the project and communications with the customer side, building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel

** Approving all POS costs and managing the POS budget

** Build digital trade marketing plans for key accounts across EMEA

** Manage launch of plans with Trade Marketing Assistant

** Create a sponsored search plan with the key account managers to support large retailers

** Analyse results to inform future activity

** Manage all trade shows

What we need from you:

** Proven experience as a Trade marketing assistant or executive or Manager

** Experience and confidence in presenting

** Strong stakeholder management skills

** Experience in Trade Marketing – mainly point of sale, PDP management and digital marketing

** Strong organisation skills
