Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join our client's expanding team. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to lead a talented group of traders and developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage trading teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Oversee small teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Take ownership of projects, driving them from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement trading strategies, focusing on both CeFi and DeFi markets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of trading systems and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience in trading or a related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; Rust experience is a plus.
• Proven experience leading trading teams and managing small teams.
• Strong understanding of both CeFi and DeFi trading environments is ideal
• Previous experience in the crypto industry is ideal, but candidates with a TradFi background will also be considered.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
