To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with 2 to 6-ish years experience of working in a Hedge Fund, and ideally you will have exposure to Fixed Income products. It is deemed highly beneficial that someone has been exposed to Fixed Income derivatives, with CDS or IRS products encouraged, but wider Swaps or Exchange Traded is advantageous. You will have exposure to Trade Capture in a Trade Support role, and have experience of working with Front Office teams to support them when trades are booked and making sure they are confirmed (allocations, recaps, compressions, affirmations, pre-matching for settlement, options exercise/assignments, failing trade investigations etc). Any wider exposure to P&L or Various Reconciliations is deemed advantageous.

This wide reaching role will see you support all products and strategies that they go to market for, and including Capital Markets trading too. You main role will be to assist with trade bookings, processing life cycle events, supporting various investigations but ensuring settlement on all transactions. You will get involved with processes related to corporate actions for equity and fixed income products, all types of reconciliations and working with Prime Brokers and Administrators to ensure timely life cycle support across T0 and T+1 controls.
