Trainee Account Manager - Spring Resourcing Solutions Ltd : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a global logistics client based in Salford Quays. Previous experience within a sales/account management role isn't essential, if you're a people person who can build relationships and solve problems for your clients then this might be for you. This role is office based working in their modern offices in Salford Quays. What we’re looking for - 

• Previous experience within an account management/account representative role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to build relationships and maintain them
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to speak a 2nd European language is beneficial but not essential

What you’ll be doing - 

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts with a strategic mindset
• Receiving customer orders, ensuring they’re updated through the journey
• Negotiating pricing and terms at an entry level
• Identify new opportunities within your accounts to increase overall spend
• Working to achieve monthly targets set by your manager

Salary - 

• £28,000-£32,000 per annum depending on experience
• Monthly bonuses
