Role Trainee Accounts Assistant

Salary £20k - £24k with bonus

Location Office in Cardiff Gate - free parking

Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours Mon-Fri

The Role

• As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will receive full support and training to carry out tasks like:
• Processing invoices and payments securely within correct timelines.
• Completion of finance related admin tasks like reconciliation
• Processing expense claims
• Helping to compile reports for the business
• Adhere to the information and security policies of the business.

The Person

• Maybe you have previous experience in accounts or perhaps you are looking to grow into a role as an accounts assistant.
• You will have good MS Excel skills for working with spreadsheets
• Strong maths skills and attention to detail to spot numerical errors
• You are a natural problem solver who takes initiative
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills at all levels and the ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
