Trainee Air Export Clerk - Right Now Group : Job Details

Right Now Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Air Export Clerk.

Our client is a Global Forwarder who are looking to bring aboard a new Trainee addition to their Air Export team.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a drive to learn and a keen eye for detail. Experience or Knowledge of the industry is a bonus but not crucial for this role.Responsibilities of a Trainee Air Export Clerk:

• Handling Exports goods in an efficient and orderly manner on behalf of a multitude of clients
• Data entry for customs declarations
• Customer support
• Utilising documentation for shipment control and customs handling
• Liaising with overseas offices to ensure correct shipment handling
• Quotations for overseas offices

Requirements of a Trainee Air Export Clerk:

• Enthusiasm towards learning the industry
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• An interest in Logistics, ideally Air Freight
• Ability to liaise with global network of agents
• Customer Service driven
• A drive to succeed

Benefits:

• Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Shift:

Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm

Our client is looking to convert the successful Trainee into a specific operational role within 1-2 years.
