We are a modern, fully private practice offering a wide range of dental treatments, including orthodontics, endodontics, and dental implants.Duties:As a Trainee Dental Assistant, you will support the dental team and ensure the smooth operation of our practice. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing fillings and other materialsProviding support and reassurance to patientsSterilising instrumentsProcessing dental x-raysTidying and cleaning the dental surgeryRecording information about patientsAdvising patients on oral hygieneCarrying out stock controlExperience and Personal Attributes:Essential:Interest in dentistryTeam playerCompassionatePassion for oral hygieneDesirable:Proof of vaccination for hepatitis B (first dose)Working Hours:Full-time: 08:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, every other SaturdayPart-time: 09:30am - 1:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and ThursdayOpening Times:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pmWednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pmSaturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm (by appointment only)Sunday: Closed Benefits:Health InsuranceDental TreatmentsPensionPaid Time OffSupport in Career developmentSalary: £13.50 per hour (full training provided)
