Are you a Junior / Trainee CAD Technician from an electrical background looking to join a long-standing and reputable company where you can hone your skills, with ongoing training and development leading to a long-term career?

In this role you will be using AutoCAD to work on electrical designs within a close-knit team. You will be managing technical drawings and their distribution throughout the company, with specific industry training given.

Founded 20 years ago, this company is the leading supplier of infrastructure services and high quality distributions systems to the renewable energy sector, water authorities, hospitals, schools and a range of other industries. You can work one day from home once you're up to speed.

This role would suit an aspiring CAD Technician looking to be developed in a large company, working alongside experienced Technicians to further their skills.

The Job:

• Using AutoCAD to complete electrical designs
• Produce technical drawings for various work streams and major projects
• Develop and maintain standard drawing templates
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:45pm
• Work from home 1 day a week once trained

The Person:

• HNC / HND or similar in Electrical Engineering
• AutoCAD experience
