Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Registering applicants and managing inquiries.
• Speaking with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
• Conducting property viewings.
• Building strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Keeping vendors and landlords updated.
• Generating and negotiating offers.
• Managing the deal through to completion and handing over keys to new homeowners.
