Trainee Freight Operations - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

My client are a global freight forwarder looking for a Trainee Freight Operations Clerk to join their team.

Daily duties will include:

• Handling air and sea import shipments
• Taking bookings
• Negotiating rates
• Handling dangerous goods
• Liaising with overseas offices
• Customs entries
• Liaising with sales department

No previous freight experience is required good opportunity for a Junior / Trainee looking to progress in the freight and logistics industry. Some office experience would be beneficial, must have a 5 year checkable history and clean DBS.

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0900am - 1700pm
