• Create and gather documentation from files
• Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems
• Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries
• Reconcile and allocate payments
• Create reports and process premiums
• Quality check documentation

Requirements:

• Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow processes and problem-solve
• Willingness to learn and develop
• A basic understanding of insurance principles
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
