A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Internal Sales Manager for a permanent role on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing company based in Basildon.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team in achieving targets.
- Processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Supporting internal communication between sales and other departments.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.Following up on leads and maintaining relationships with clients
- Monitoring sales metrics and generating reports.Analyzing market trends to suggest improvements
- Undergoing training in sales techniques, leadership, and management.Learning company products, services, and operational processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (often preferred).
- Sales experience is a plus but may not always be required for entry-level trainee roles
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Team player with leadership potential.
Starting Salary : £30,000/ annum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm
