We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Legal Secretary based in Northampton to join our client's Employment team on a full-time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Trainee Legal Secretary role

Responsibilities of theTrainee Legal Secretary

• Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails and other correspondence.
• Audio typing.
• File management.
• Preparation of client letters.
• General administration duties. 

Requirements for a successful Trainee Legal Secretary

• Previous administration or secretarial experience.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Well organised with excellent time management. 
• Strong IT skills.
• Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
