As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to tenancy agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns.

Qualifications for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator position:

• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
