- Excellent customer service skills

The role of a Junior Lettings Negotiator:

- You will organise, conduct, and gather feedback from viewings on properties

- Registering new lettings applicants

- Negotiate offers between the landlord and tenant

- Generate new business and new clients

- Book Valuation appointments
