The RoleOur client is looking for a ambitious Trainee Manager to join their site in Hetton-le-Hole. You will receive comprehensive training across production and operational activities, building a deep understanding of site processes and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and production processes.
• Develop knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
