Salary: £30,000 (during probation), rising to £35,000 after probation, plus a 10% company bonusStart Date: ASAP

They provide high-quality timber products to various sectors, including construction, agriculture, and landscaping, as well as engineered wood solutions and packaging for a wide range of businesses.

The RoleOur client is looking for a ambitious Trainee Manager to join their site in Hetton-le-Hole. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience and grow your career within a forward-thinking company. You will receive comprehensive training across production and operational activities, building a deep understanding of site processes and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day site operations and production processes.
  • Develop knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
  • Lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Analyse data and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
