What You'll Do:

• Work alongside experienced mortgage brokers, learning the intricacies of the whole-of-market mortgage and protection process.
• Complete your CeMAP qualification (if required) with the support of our in-house training team.
• Meet with clients face-to-face or virtually to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial goals.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and best practices within the mortgage industry.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who:

• Holds a CeMAP qualification (or is partially CeMAP qualified).
• Possesses strong sales experience, ideally within a financial services or customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Maintains a clean credit history and possesses a valid UK driving license.
• Is eager to learn and grow within a professional and supportive environment.
