• Client Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to clients throughout the mortgage journey, keeping them informed and addressing any questions or concerns.

• Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential Qualification: CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent)
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
• Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
• Commitment: A willingness to learn and develop within the mortgage industry.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: Basic salary up to £25,000, with financial guarantees to £31,000 for the first 6 months.
• Excellent Earning Potential: OTE of £45,000 in year one, rising to £65,000+ thereafter.
