Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency is seeking an ambitious new member of staff to join their team as a Trainee Negotiator.

Working hours:

As a Trainee Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week. This will include some Saturdays with a day off in the week.

The successful Trainee Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic Salary of up to £22,000
• First year earnings of £30,000

To be considered for the Trainee Negotiator role you must have the following:

• Ability to work well in a team and use initiative
• Experience within Customer Service/Sales (At least 2 years)
• Highly motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to progress within an award-winning company
• Full UK driver’s license and own car
• Great customer service
• Knowledge of Dartford

As a Trainee Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

• Negotiating sales and lets
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Matching requirements & arranging viewings
• General admin
