Trainee Property Manager

Salary: £25k - £27k + company benefit package

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 18.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday - 9am-5pm (with a day off in lieu)

You will ideally have a background within lettings, sales or property administration and want to progress and learn residential property management. You will have amazing customer service skills, be a confident communicator with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Liasing with tenants over the phone and email.
  • Book gas safety certificates, EICRs and other H&S certificates,
  • Diary management, booking in viewings, valuations and property inspections.
  • Book in in maintenance/repair works.
  • Update the CRM system accurately - FixFlo.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Conducting viewings when required.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
  • Diary management and administrational duties.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service to clients.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry and ideally a background in lettings or property.
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Confident, personable and professional.
  • Strong team player and a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and picking up new systems quickly.
  • Great customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
