Trainee Protection Insurance Adviser - Self Employed

Location: Hammersmith, London / full time office based

In this self-employed, commission-only sales role, you’ll advise clients on protection insurance, working alongside HNW and UHNW clients, and collaborating with over 150 of London’s top estate agents and property developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a range of protection insurance products to clients.
• Handle leads generated by our large team of mortgage advisers.
• Manage relationships with Capricorn advisers who will be your introducers, helping you receive quality leads.
• Convert business from warm leads into protection insurance sales.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Continuously develop your skills and qualifications to progress into a specialist or management role.

The Person

• Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the UK protection insurance market or a similar field would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confident, resourceful, and proactive with a hunger to succeed.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• RO5 qualification required before joining (can apply without it but must obtain prior to start).

Realistic Earnings Potential

• Year 1: £30,000 - £50,000
• Year 2: £80,000 - £120,000
• Year 3: £150,000+
• Year 4: £175,000+
