About the Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:
This is an entry-level role ideal for ambitious, and hardworking individuals, looking to begin their career within recruitment consultancy. NO prior recruitment experience needed!
The company have been running for over 15 years and boast a brilliant team culture & fun and vibrant working environment. They work within the digital and e-commerce space, and you will be trained up on how to recruit some of the most exciting professionals in these markets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Work History: Evidence of working in areas such as retail, sales, insurance, or a background that demonstrates your drive and ambition
- Self-Starter: This role requires someone who takes initiative and can work independently without constant supervision
- Serious About Success: They want individuals who are motivated to earn money and make an impact, with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- People Person: This role is a high-volume sales role, where you are speaking to, and meeting with, candidates & clients every day. It’s important that you are the kind of person who loves working in a fast paced, people focused role!
Training and Support:
- When you first join, they have a dedicated trainer who will teach you everything you need to know about recruitment, and the digital market.
- The training is modular where you learn each aspect of the job in full, before moving onto the next.
- Once the initial training is finished, you will receive day to day, hands on training from the Founding Director Training is hands-on with the Director.
- Their track record is impressive - everyone who joined as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant has done their first deal within their first three months! You’ll be learning while doing, and while the day-to-day may not be strictly structured, you'll have the support you need to grow and succeed.
The Role:
- Full 360 Recruitment: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process - sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: You will be responsible for sourcing, and attracting, some of the best candidates in the digital & e-commerce space. Writing job adverts, conducting introductory calls, interview preparation through to job offer negotiation
- Winning Clients & Jobs: You will be tasked with reaching out to new, and dormant clients, with the aim of winning new jobs to work. A lot of this is done face to face at networking events!
Salary & Commission:
- Base Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
- Commission Structure: Uncapped and up to 30%
- Other Benefits: lunch clubs for top performers, cash prizes, 4x company holidays a year + other performance based incentives!
