Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - SaaS/ GTM/ Customer Success

Location: Whiteley, HampshireSalary: Up to £25,000 base with double OTE

We’ve done this by being industry specialists, attending events, conferences & providing thought leadership through Podcasts.

The Role:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant that is looking to build a successful career in the world of recruitment, and the exciting software market!

You’ll work with exciting, innovative businesses, helping them grow their teams and business, build a network of fantastic software professionals and build your own personal brand that will carry you forwards!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source and screen top-tier candidates using social media (especially LinkedIn) and other platforms to fill GTM roles, with a focus on Customer Success.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of SaaS recruitment trends, including compensation, talent availability, and market dynamics.
  • Networking & Outreach: Leverage social media and your network to identify potential clients and candidates, and engage with industry professionals.
  • Prospecting: Confidently engage new clients and candidates through phone and email outreach, not afraid to pick up the phone for cold calling or prospecting.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with SaaS companies, building long-term relationships to drive new business.

  • Prior experience and success in business development/ account management roles is desirable but not essential.
