The Role
As a Trainee Early Years Recruiter, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with nurseries and early years providers over the phone and face to face meetings.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job matching, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
