Location: Reading RG2 6UBSalary: Competitive + Excellent Commission StructureHours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Role

As a Trainee Early Years Recruiter, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with nurseries and early years providers over the phone and face to face meetings.
  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job matching, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
