About the Role:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting senior consultants in sourcing and selecting top candidates.
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract the best talent.
• Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and short listing candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Learning the full recruitment life cycle with hands-on training.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone eager to learn and build a career in recruitment.
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable using social media and technology to connect with candidates.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a bonus, but not essential.
