You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating successful placements, all while deepening your understanding of the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the financial markets and the specific needs of our clients within this sector.
Source, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates for roles in financial services and technology.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and demonstrating our core values in all interactions.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
A genuine passion for the financial markets and a keen interest in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
