As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we will provide you with complete training on how to build and develop your own recruitment desk from the ground up. Key responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Support senior consultants in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles
• Build relationships with both clients and candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and assist with candidate screening
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Develop a thorough understanding of the job market and industry trends
• Take part in business development and client meetings
