The Job

As a Graduate Delivery Consultant you will:

• Search for top tier candidates across Sales, Marketing, Agency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Use various channels to look for candidates such as Linkedin, Reed, Jobsite & more!
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and video calls.
• Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements.

You will be:

• Educated to degree level
• A strong communicator, especially via email and over the phone.
• Very organised!
• Passionate about online technology, retail and e-commerce.
• Desirable - Previous experience working in sales.
• Passionate, hungry and motivated in general!
