Job Overview:

As a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates. You will balance both in-office and remote work, leveraging the flexibility of a hybrid model to meet the needs of your clients and candidates while driving business development, talent acquisition, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
    • Conduct client meetings (virtually and in-person as needed) to understand recruitment needs and business objectives.
    • Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
    • Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management:

    • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using a variety of platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking).
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and client requirements.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future placements.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop a clear understanding of market trends, industry needs, and competitor offerings.
    • Actively contribute to the growth of the agency by meeting or exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • You will ideally have proven experience in recruitment (1-3 years or more, depending on the level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for helping candidates find the right career opportunities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends is a plus.
