Job Description for a sales consultant

• Dealing with sales enquiries from high-net-worth clients
• No cold calling
• Arranging and conducting viewings throughout Manchester
• Building and enhancing client relationships
• Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
• Negotiating offers, offering a consultive approach
• Successfully negotiation a deal to exchange and completion
• Diary management
• Preparing move ins for clients
• Selling high volumes of both on and off plan properties

Job skills for a sales consultant

• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organisation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in property is not essential
