About the RoleAs a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and sharing expert product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identifying and generating new sales opportunities.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to achieve collective goals.
• Keeping customer information and sales records accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record in sales, ideally within furniture or big-ticket items.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for customer service and achieving results.
• The ability to work well within a team and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of home furniture and décor is desirable but not essential.
