Trainee Sales Negotiator - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Trainee Sales Negotiator to their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have a desire to succeed!

The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £20,000 basic salary
• £35,000 On Target Earnings
• 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
• 5 Day Work Week

Working Hours:

• Mondays – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
• Saturday’s | 09:00 – 16:00 | 3 out of 4 | lieu day in week. 

To be considered for the Trainee Sales Negotiator Role you must have:

• Ability to work within a team
• Ambition and self-motivated
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience in either a customer service or sales background

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Successfully Negotiating offers
• Calling out new properties to potential buyers
• Marketing updates to Vendors
• Attending and booking Viewings
• Booking Market Appraisals
• Relaying post-viewing feedback
