We are hiring a Trainee Shotfirer to join a leading explosives manufacturer, working across sites in Loughborough, Mansfield, and Ashbourne.About the Role:As a Trainee Shotfirer, you will work outdoors in various quarry environments, learning how to safely handle and detonate explosives under expert supervision. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain industry experience and achieve a fully funded NVQ qualification in Shotfiring.What We’re Looking For:

• A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• A commitment to completing an NVQ in Shotfiring
