Trainee Solar / Renewables Electrician opportunity in the South East, working for a fantastic Hampshire based employer with 90+ staff! We are looking for trusted Electricians with their AM2 qualifications, who are able to commute to the Fareham area in the morningsThis client can offer genuine development opportunities and a fantastic salary after 4 weeks training ... Of £52K!PLUS an outstanding bonus scheme which is detailed below in the benefits section!Please note: If you already have established experience as an Electrician in the Solar and EV Installations trade, plus the desired AM2 qualification- we are able to offer the starting salary as £52,000, rather than waiting to be upped after the training period! What type of work will this Trainee Solar Electrician job involve?

• Working on domestic, and occasionally commercial sites- You will travel in a mobile position in the South, predominantly assisted by a Solar Roofer/ Panel Installer. 
• You will install the panels and a control system, which involves connecting cables through the roof, and into lofts. 
• You will also install these add ons; Inverters, EPS Sockets, Power Diverters, and EV Chargers. 
• The team are built up of a group of sociable engineers and office staff, that have multiple parties throughout the year including a summer bash and a Christmas awards ceremony.
