Trainer Facilitator
- Job Type: Contract (6 months for each phase)
- Location: London University and other sites.
- Day rate: £250.00, PAYE, £320.38, Umbrella
We are seeking qualified Trainer Facilitators to lead the implementation of the NMFL programme. The role requires individuals with a TEP qualification or a Level 4 (or above) adult training qualification. The first phase focuses on Values, Culture & Victim Focused training, starting from 23rd September for a period of 6 months. The second phase continues with the same core requirements but necessitates a Level 4 education or training-based qualification or completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme.
Day to Day of the role:
- Facilitate diverse in-person sessions, including challenging discussions and blended learning experiences.
- Tailor training delivery approaches to maximise learner inclusion and accommodate individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement, participation, and open communication.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance training delivery and content.
- Coordinate with L&D professionals to align training with organisational goals and strategies.
- Ensure training methods are inclusive, accessible, and respectful of diversity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 4 education/training based qualification or College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (essential for Phase 1).
- Experience in operational policing/criminal justice sector (highly desirable).
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging and inclusive training sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor training delivery to a diverse audience.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
