Job Description :

Working within Reed.co.uk's People Team, the Trainer will work closely with the senior stakeholders across the business to achieve strategic L&D objectives. They will have responsibility for creating and delivering blended learning modules and development pathways to drive the performance of teams, with a particular focus on those working in our sales and commercial functions.

This role will require a mixture of training design, delivery and evaluation. Training will be facilitated through a blend of classroom, virtual, group and 1-2-1 facilitation, as well as facilitating e-learning, which will be tailored to meet the needs of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the delivery of our induction programme

  • Create and launch bespoke training modules

  • Design, create, develop, customise and maintain learning solution content

  • Providing 1-2-1 coaching sessions

  • Support Reed.co.uk to deliver upon its strategic aims in alignment with co-member talent and development strategies through L&D interventions across departments;

  • Take responsibility for all necessary administrative duties within the role including diary training scheduling, updating the LMS and being the point of contact for apprenticeship administration

Skills and Experience

  • L&D experience is not essential, though it would be beneficial to give evidence of where you have supported, developed or trained others especially in a Sales environment;

  • A successful track record in a sales and/or customer success role would be advantageous;

  • Strong, proven communication skills;

  • Flexibility and willingness to deliver training at all levels;

  • Attention to detail and delivery, outcome focused;

  • Ability to work to deadlines;

Salary : 38000 - 40000
