Training Administrator/Project Support Officer
A Public Sector Organistation, based in Croydon, are currently recruiting for the above role to join the new transformation team within the housing sector. They are looking for someone to assist with the administration for the recruiting and training within the team, duties such as booking in interviews and organising meetings, coordinating between recruiters and the organisation, assisting with job adverts and ensuring people are up to date with training courses etc.
Duration - 6-9 months (possibility of going permanent)
Hybrid - 3 days in office, Croydon 2 days remote working
Rate - £18.95 PAYE/ £24.43 Umbrella Per hour, 36 hours a week (Mon-Friday)Role - admin support for all training and recruitment activity in Housing. Experience in Training and/or recruitment. Need someone with great IT skills, customer service skills, organised, ability to work under pressure
Details:- Solid training admin experience- Worked in admin roles before- Prioritise and multi-task- Customer service- Demonstrate they can communicate with different departments and stakeholdersInterview questions would be around competencies:- Communication skills and personal skills in interview- How they prioritise work- Good IT skills- Well organised, can deal with under pressure, and use their own initiative- Customer service focus and what customer service skills look like- Being able to adapt to change, and ask how they have done that previously.
