About Us:Guardians Training is dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional training. From providing inductions for our sister company Bespoke Guardians to external training for outside companies which can consist of first aid at work to conflict management. The inductions for our sister company consist of training new starters preparing them to care for some of the UK’s most vulnerable children. The Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our team as a Training Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career in training and development, with a focus on providing exceptional training and assisting the Training Manager on a day-to-day basis. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The Training Assistant will work closely with the Training Manager, providing vital support while rapidly developing the skills and experience necessary to transition into a Trainer role. The Training Manager is committed to mentoring and preparing you to take on training responsibilities swiftly, ensuring you can grow and succeed in this rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Training Manager with various tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to groups of adults, ensuring all participants feel supported and valued.
  • Inspire and motivate learners to succeed in their roles, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Address and discuss sensitive topics related to working with children with challenging behaviour, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining accurate records, and managing course materials.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of training materials, adapting to meet the needs of learners and industry standards.
  • Actively work towards becoming a Trainer, with continued support and mentorship from the Training Manager to achieve this goal swiftly.
