Training Manager (12 months maternity cover) Job purpose Our client is a professional membership organisation committed to advancing the healthcare field. It plays a vital role in supporting medical and health professionals by offering resources, education, and guidance to elevate healthcare quality.They are currently seeking a Training Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.This role involves comprehensive management of trainee and educator support, communications, and engagement, acting as a primary contact for both trainees and trainers. The role is focused on enhancing involvement through innovative outreach, outstanding customer service, and cross-departmental collaboration.
